Raagi Laddoo / Sweetened Finger Millet Flour Balls Recipe

  6. Add the jaggery mixture to the mixing bowl with roasted ragi flour.
  7. Add chopped almonds, cashews, raisins, and cardamom powder to the mixture.
  8. Mix well and let the mixture cool down slightly.
  9. Once the mixture is warm enough to handle, shape them into small balls (laddoos).
  10. Allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
